We apply a gender and inclusion lens in our programmes, the indicators we develop for tracking outcomes, assessment of new opportunities, a deeper dialogue through roundtables with subject matter experts, and continually revisiting our organizational policies.
With a collaborative approach that accelerates socio-economic change, OneStage supports local governments and works with multiple stakeholders to facilitate the transformation of ideas into impact across causes, pan India. Additionally, bespoke OneStage initiatives address critical developmental issues built on alliances with specialized organizations and experts.
Strengthening skills, placement in jobs and entrepreneurship we secure incomes. Specialised programmes enable women to enter, remain and grow in the workforce. We curate programmes for people with disabilities.
To support communities in climate risk management and environmental health, we promote afforestation, water body rejuvenation, community-led transitions to green economy and clean energy.
To support early childhood nutrition & responsive caregiving, we work with anganwadis, caregivers and creches in construction sites.
Supplementing the public health infrastructure and services in remote areas and to underserved populations, we facilitate access to preventive and curative care and referrals to specialists.
Working with local government and NGO schools, we improve the inclusion of marginalized students. Our STEM education programme supports girls in college and strengthens teachers, curriculum and labs in schools.
We have managed social development projects together with non-profits who are closely embedded within local communities. Our active association with non-profits spans 3 to 8 years.
