Wings4Her is a Rolls-Royce initiative in partnership with OneStage (registered as Charities Aid Foundation India), dedicated to bridging the gender gap and enhancing female representation in STEM fields.

This initiative aims to inspire and engage young girl students who wish to pursue careers in STEM subjects, thereby stimulating innovation and creating new opportunities for growth and development.

The Wings4Her programme, through the following activities, aims to address societal biases and help create an enabling environment for girls to thrive in:

1. Career Guidance
2. remedial classes and study support
3. scholarship, as well as
4. parental counselling

As part of the programme, Wings4Her is also launching an app which will serve as a resource hub for aspiring students, helping them find various paths to successful STEM careers.

Students will have access to a STEM-focused aptitude test, career counselling guides, parental counselling guides, scholarship resources, live webinars, shareable videos, FAQs, and more.
